This was a after thought, shot this between M16 and M33. I have another 2 hours of data to add to this, but felt the need to add as it looks sharper than any other versions I had ever done of this target.

lol, no worries Phil...I wish I had something cooler to tell you, but it does add something to the image ;)

It just seemed redder than the rest so I was hoping you would tell me it was mars or iknoid or something, can you tell it has been a while since I have been out with the scope or even looked at Starry Nights

Thanks Spike, all my new work is either the result of direct help and advice by you all, or inspired by you guys.

Phil....e pluribus unum my friend...just one amoung many. I don't think it has a specific name or designation as it is definately not visible to the naked eye. That big blue/white guy lower left is a 5.68 mag star so I am guessing that little red guy is pretty dim.

Lol, ya know you may be on to something there...it does kinda look like a giant tin foil ball....I mean if it was silver...and tin foil and all...wait...what is the Mystery Spot?

This is such a fun one to image. It's like a cool rest stop on a road trip (like the worlds largest tin foil ball, South of the Border or the Mystery spot in MI).

That's a great shot of M27... I love the way the colors appear.
