Lol :) That monster is an old Meade DS16. It's an f4.5 16" newt that Meade used to make back in the 80's for astrophotography (the eq mount it sits on could probably hold 300lbs rock solid!) I tried it once for photography but the mount (being 30years old or so) doesn't track well enough, I used it mainly for visual... some of the most breath taking views I've had! It's now in the process of being converted to an open truss design to mount on my CGE Pro :)
