I was looking at those mounts, but I already purchased a mount last summer... Celestron CGE Pro. I want to try and put the 16" on it!
The M82 image was taken with a Meade SCT 10" on a Meade LXD75 mount a few years ago. The scope in the background of my profile picture is the 16" :)

"You are better than me, Gunga Din".
16"....Maybe I did not understand, my English is poor. You still use it for imaging? You will spend all your money for a mount.... So, if you're crazier than me, have a look at the work of Lenord (www.gototelescopes.com);he's truly a great craftsman, at relatively low pices He uses Harmonic drives instead of worm gears and then ... no backlash, torque at your wishes, low or no PE.

Thanks. I took this shot from my balcony (of my old place) which over looked downtown Winnipeg. The monster in my profile picture is actually a 16" newt :) However I never ended up using it to image at all because it was on an old mount, though I am in the process of trying to convert the scope to a trusstube to put onto my CGE Pro mount.
I've included a little image of where I used to image from....

Wow, this is a good work! I've seen that you got a monster too...(that allow to take this kind of photos) a little bit smaller than mine: I'm a mad man, your 10" is far more manegeable that mine. If you go back to

Thanks,
The orginal shot of this image isn't half as good as this one... I took this a few years back and had an ok shot but I hadn't even begun to learn about post processing yet. Fast forward to now, and after learning many techinques through the net, I was able to bring out a lot more detail. I'm looking forward to getting out to a dark site this spring (or sooner) and try this with my new scope and mount. This was shot with a Meade 10" SCT on an LXD75 mount, unguided.
