You do Louie, you do :) Just barely, but it's there. I tried stretching the data a little more but the image became just too grainy... it's supposed to be clear tonight so I going to try and get more data on it.

M57 has always been a favorite of mine ever since I got my first telescope. Years ago I imaged it from my downtown balcony with a DSI II and a Meade 10" sct. I went out last night on a spur of the moment and hadn't prepared any targets so I thought I'd give M57 a shot... I wanted to see if I could pull out the faint nebulosity surrounding the brighter ring with the new equipment. With the help of a little layering I was able just tease it out without losing the central star, but I would like to get another hour or so of data. :)
