Hi Jerome - Nope, no SPE. I had this computer from work and to keep things I had a mirror drive made, but it's never been right since then. I got a call from the guy last night...somehow something happened to the drive partitions so it appears the hard drive is fried. I have a spare hard drive that I took down, so I'll be picking it up today but he's not sure if he'll be able to get anything off the old drive. Thankfully, I'd only lose the last 8 or so astro images and a few work files so could have been worse.

Not so sure about that Hop. Looks like rain/snow thru March 24th. Really going crazy. On my wife's computer right now. Was editing uploaded images earlier. After each new upload got an error message that page couldn't be displayed, followed by the a blue page dumping all allocated physical memory, it rebooted and stayed in that loop. Just back from dropping off the computer - hope I don't need a new one with Windows 7 but have no clue what's wrong.

I decided not to do a pier this year. Must be Charlie who's waiting on the plate. Too much $.

Late October....I'm going crazy not being out since mid December. Just mentioning to Luc that I'm taking my equipment out to the pod April 1 (I hope) but going out tonight to image. Was having trouble with my mount guiding in November and December but think it was the low amps on my adapter (1.5). Have one now with 4 amps so I'm hoping that was the problem and will try the Rosette tonight with my new Stellarvue 70mm and modified D-1000. Probably freeze to death, but anything is better than sitting in night after night. Just out earlier doing some solar imaging, but not much in the way of flares or sunspots. Something to process, however.

Hi Luc, very tired of the white stuff this year. Much colder and wetter than our last 2 years. Just spoiled. Love my pod, but still waiting to move in. Going out tonight to image, but bringing the equipment back in. Still getting down to -12 C. Hopefully by April 1!!.

That's where I'm at Trev. Read and made as many notes as I can. Saw the 8" of snow last night after 2 days of the rain. Brutal winter.Going to give the solar scope a try on Tuesday if the forecast holds. Not holding my breath. One way or another, stuff is going out to the pod no later than April 1. By then should be completely berserko.
