IC1318A in Cygnus - often referred to as The Dolphin Nebula.
Six 10minute exposures through an H-alpha filter using a Takahashi TOA150 apo refractor and an STL-11000M ccd camera. Captured and processed using MaximDL5Pro, Photoshop CS3, and Noel Carboni's Tools for Astronomy.
