Well Mark, seeing as 52 already came and went for me, I'm less desirable than you are :)
However - not wanting to get political (bad form for this this forum) - I would have to comment that the National Health Care program or lack thereof, has little to do with yours or my current state of heath. As an independent thinking person I believe we each make choices in our daily lives that affect our lives down the road. We prioritize what's important to us at the time whether it be our present needs or our future. To place the blame for our current state of health on the backs of past, present and future American voters is just unwarranted.
I would however suggest you prepare your personal observatory on this spacecraft to make room for a cranky old fart 'cause I'm going with ya. That and the room full of hot babes should keep us occupied for most of the trip. And being buried on Mars can't be any worse than being buried here :)
