Thanks for all the comments. Spike, I did not know that about the planets, very cool. Trevor LOL! now that I have another camera to image with I am breaking out of the moon mold. As soon as my other webcam is modified I will be trying some other things too.

very nice philip got the great colors of the belts comeing in cass division and hey the moon dosent really affexct the planets like it does galaxy and neb i have shot right beside a full moon and really no differnt im about to go shoot right now u got me pumped man awesome keep up the work it is paying of for you another thing to is sometimes we can get a perfect focus and still the elements will not produce a perfect image it is hit and miss

Wow Phil! Great capture. What, done with the moon? Or are you just going after moons from other planets now?

Thanks Fred, I am still working on focus but I must say this capture really surprised me considering the moon was right next door.
