Got buyer's remorse on the AT130; luckily, it was on back-order. I ended up taking delivery today of a Sky-Watcher 120ED PRO apo. I read lots of good things about it, especially in the Oct. 2009 issue of Sky & Telescope. Lots of extras for one-half the price and more features than similarly-priced scopes. I'm hoping to get first light with it tomorrow (6/22).

Thank you Mark and Trevor. I just listed the C6 (OTA, rings, mounting bar, and 8x50 finder) and its custom JMI case for sale on Cloudy Nights. Going to use the money towards an AT130 triplet. Pass the word along to anyone who may be interested. I will miss the C6's ability to obtain good images of planets. I'm hoping the new scope will do as well with a little barlow help.
