The Milky Way over the Delicate Arch with Rare Air Glow

The Milky Way blazes above the air glow at Delicate Arch near Moab, Utah. This vista reveals two lone rock climbers underneath the glow of the Milky Way and the gaze of Delicate Arch. High above the stars Deneb, Vega, and Altair - form the famous Summer Triangle, at this, the beginning of the summer solstice.

Set against this starry backdrop is the plateau at Delicate Arch one of America's most iconic scenes. At the extreme right edge is the glow of Moab and to the center left is the light dome of Grand Junction over a 100 miles distant.
