Here is one of my latest paintings. I have also created a new website with all my Astronomy passions in one place.
www.billionplanetsquest.com The season for imaging has come to an end for me due to the heat here in AZ so imaging will switch over to the imagination and painting. No pixels were harmed in the creation of these paintings

Thanks Steve, that really means a lot to me, I am glad you like my site too, cheers, Phil
I really enjoy your work. Nice website too!
I ended up buying the T1i that my friend was selling. It was brand new and had less than 1000 images taken with it. He pretty much gave it to me for what I paid him, he even threw in the battery grip with three batteries and a 18 to 55mm lens. I am not sure if I am going to have it modified or not. I am looking at possibly getting a HyperStar and the new Camera from Atik. I have time right now because I can't image through the summer due to the heat here in AZ so time will tell.
Thanks Chris, one of my favorites too, I am looking forward to getting back out in the fall with my new camera set-up and getting some images of Siruis.
Trevor, I love comments like this, you have sparked a new idea for a painting so thanks for that.
Hey Marc, sorry for such a late reply, work has been crazy, but good. Critic away, I will take a compliment like that any time.
Love this stuff Phil...makes you wonder how the view would look from an orbiting planet!
Philip, I'm glad you posted this. IMHO your best, actually what I should say is, my favorite (I'm not qualified to be an art critic lol). Good Job Dude. Marc
