Here is my first image taken with the G11.
Helix nebula NGC 7293
September 24, 2011
Ocala, FL
6 inch RCT
Losmandy G11 with Gemini II
3 min exposures using Backyard EOS
Total 57 min integration time
Canon T1i
Stacked in DSS and processed in PS CS5
Guiding with 50mm guide scope with SSAG
I need to add at least 3-4 more hours on this to quiet the noise from my light polluted skies.
21 frames taken and 19 used. I had to throw out 2 frames because of user (loooser) error.

Thanks guys for commenting. This is just the beginning, this still needs more time. I posted this a) because it has been a while since I posted a DSO b) this is a "working" review of the mount and c) I'M JUST PSYCHED!!!
The guide scope was the Orion 50mm guidescope/SSAG combo:
Image scale 6.7"/pixel

Very nice Steve. I am trying to hit this now with my 70mm so I know how hard this is to pull off. Color came out nice.
