Again, I think this is awesome. For what it's worth, I think the HDR parts are a little too heavily toned down as it gives the naturally brighter parts of the nebula a dull grey look. Looking at the stars to the right of M42; They shouldn't be brighter than the trapezium.
Critical comments aside, I still think this is a seriously great shot. That dust is wicked.
Well shot Dave, a little heavier on the Sharpness than I would have gone, but looks great, brought out tons of detail that is not usually seen.
