Hey Russ thanks....it was shot with a canon T3i that was in fact modified and I used a CLS clip in filter and it was shot at home in the red zone on the bortle scale....I cropped the bottom but the object was to close to heh top so I didn't want to crop out the nebula so I left it....I shot 20 subs at 220 seconds each for a total of 73 minutes and 15 seconds...it was the order time I used the mount since It got fixed as the worm gear was loose and needed to be tightened so it did the trick....it's a work in progress but definately going in the right direction....I also shot 7 darks that night along with 5 flats with a t short over it and processed it

Hey Chris. Looks like you got some good detail. I'm assuming this was taken with an unmodified DSLR or maybe short subs. I see you have egg shaped stars across the top that seem to point towards the center. Field Flattener? They don't appear across the bottom so either your sensor is tilted a little or maybe you cropped the bottom off the image. Regardless it's a nice one.
