I took this last weekend after a lot of travel in Asia for the past month. Finally I had some imaging time!

Taken with the AP155EDF f/7, Proline 39000M and 15 minute subs.

the AP1200 mounts work well, even more so when properly aligned :-)

I just eyeball it.

I use photoshop and use the center slider and stretch it until the nebulosity begins to show up.

then I stretch it again to get it dialed in just right

then I adjust the left most slider for each channel individually to not clip and to make sure that each channel isn't skewed relative to the rest

this is very simple processing. after stacking and color combining I spend maybe 10-20 minutes at most processing it. I hardly do any processing at all
