60 frames, ISO 800, 2 minute exposures, stacked in DSS. I'm kinda "meh" on this one. I've pulled out more detail in this one than previous tries, but this darn purple is plaguing my images coming out of DSS. I have no clue what I've done to make this happen.

Photoshop shows my RAW's at a much cooler temperature than they're usually set at. I don't know why but I must've set it to something else besides the daylight setting I always use. When I adjusted the temperature, the colors came back.
I don't think BYE has anything to do with it. It just contorls your camera shutter/iso and downloads the files.
You say the purple is new since last week. Did you change any settings on your camera between then and now? If you're using the same profile settings in DSS from last week and this week I'd say it's not DSS either.
No filters were used. It's just my C6, reducer, and my unmodded Canon T1i. I create the images with Backyard EOS and stack with DSS. However, I just found that my original RAW files were purple to begin with! I'm not sure where this happened but it's not a DSS issue. I took some normal photos with the same settings I use at night and I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Perhaps I need to bump up the ISO? I didn't have any issues with color a week ago. The only thing that's changed since then was upgrading to the most current update of Backyard EOS.
As for settings in DSS, I'm not a DSS guru so I just use what's recommended to me. I process darks and biases as well.
Are you using an LP filter?
