Thanks guys - and happy to be out, Hop. Trev, I was disappointed in the image and resigned myself to not post it, but then said, "What the hey?" Actually, it was an afterthought, as I started to image ngc-253 but it is so close to the horizon and right in the light dome of my town, so I abandoned it after 15 subs and then went to m-45 just for the heck of it. Was getting late and cold so I only put 30 min on it - was hoping the f/4 would show the nebulosity better, but I love the star spikes! Going glob busting tonite with the big frac since the moon is becoming a factor for nebs. Clear Skies, guys!

Nice work Jeff, I am still working on my first m45 image of my own. I'd be happy if it turned out anything like this!
