Steve, I was there in 2010. Great telescopic viewing as well as hospitality. They have a website...just search for Chiefland. I remember when they were selling lots for $15,000. I shoulda...
The dark site is so good that I walked into the back of my vehicle in the dark. That made me see stars! Great view of the Milky Way as well. Hope to see you there. I will be wearing an apron during the meal. Awesome selection of telescopes to view through.

When were you in Chiefland? I live about 1 hour and 15 min from the field. My goal is to rent an RV this spring and take one of my kids to the field for a couple nights in February.
