Yes, 39 megapixels.... one shot color. Deinterlaced as 32 bit FIT color data each raw frame is about 436Megabytes....

the sensor has 6.8 micron pixels in a 36.8 x 49mm format. It was originally designed for a Hasselblad digital camera for their medium format line. It is quite an amazing beast....
