I got a license for Registar over the weekend and have been playing with this for a while. Not sure if I am using it correctly but here is what I've got from the AT6RC and H-alpha data (80mmEON) collected from an earlier session. NCG 2264 the Cone and Christmas tree nebula using 6"RCT
RBG data: Jan 26 and 27, 2012 (AT6RC)
H-alpha data: Jan 20, 2012 (80mm EON)
Constellation: Monoceros
Reflection and emission nebula
Ocala, FL
RGB: 6min subs stacked in DSS for a total of 5 hours.
H-alpha: 15 min subs stacked in DSS for a total of 4 hours and 45 min.
PS CS5
Orion 80mm EON
Orion 50mm guide scope with SSAG
Canon T1i
Losmandy G-11 with Gemini II
Atronomik 6nm Ha clip filter for Canon EOS
Hutech IDAS Light Pollution Suppression (LPS) Filter
I've tweaked this data as much as I could. I think I need to walk away from this and return to it this summer when I am bored to see what I come up with.
Ill [post it on the Reprocess my Image page for you all to take a stab at it...
