On Christmas day 1968, the crew of Apollo VIII hit the main engine boost of the Service Module to get them back home to Earth and Breaking the gravity of our nearest celestial body, the Moon, their journey was one of history, getting into Lunar Orbit, 20 orbits, the first to see our planet from space and at the time the most watched TV broadcast ever. It has been noted that Apollo VIII saved 1968. "Very well said Mrs....."
