Uploading pics to astrogab

Hi all, I have win 7 pro and IE 8 installed. When upload, like to Reprocess My Image, the browser finds the image, bu then after 30 seconds, Explorer popup says "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem". Never does upload. fire Fox seems ok. Thanks..Pat
