autoguiders for all... 5 arcsecond tracking is not acceptable, we need to slash that tracking error, so we will reduce what we have up top to lighten the load and be in line with the performance of the mount...

Better than what we have in office now and better tracking error?!? I am all for that! Finally a candidate that really speaks to ME and MY concerns!
