Hi Mark, I thought I had answered your pod question but I don't see it . Having a bit of a problem navigating the site.
Completely my own fault as I don't get to use it as much as I would like.
As for the sky pod, I love it. I was in Florida for a month and there was no snow in it whatsoever. I like to cover my scope with tin foil backed bubble wrap every time I use it and I think it keeps away. any frost or humidity problems
The only problem I have found is the 'zenith problem' The PZT addition that can be purchased would certainly help but it is much too expensive for this guy. I am a builder by trade so I can build one for myself if I choose.
I really recommend the sky pod because the owner of the company is so friendly and ready to help. When you write to the company, you speak to the owner (Wayne Parker). There isn't enough of that around.
Regards and clear skies, bob

Just back in the north from florida. Need to get climatized again before any star gazing. Getting a warm front this week, might hit 32 F
