And frikken clouds Boo!

This is the view from Pulpit Rock Overlook at the Black Canyon of Gunnison. This was a wildly hard image to process for a number of reasons. First its a canyon, a Black Canyon in the dark, second there were clouds running about that made it hard to stitch, You have 2 Perseid Meteor strikes that had to be recurved to be straight in the image (the red is a plane) and the colors are very different and extremely hard to balance in the image to make it look somewhat normal.

OK enough of my rant! Very interesting image, I wish the clouds had not been there but it is what it is. Saw 100's of meteors that night since it was the height of the Perseid meteor shower. Caught 20 in another camera I need to combine at some point. Enjoy!

Love the canyon and overall 3D feel. Great image, Dave!

I think the clouds add depth. Looks good to me!
