This image was taken with the Takahashi FS152 6” refractor at f6 with a focal reducer and the camera is the Finger Lakes Instruments PL16803 camera. It is a mosaic of two separate images since it was too large to fit in a single field of view and is comprised of 117 separate images taken over 42 hours.Hydrogen is red and oxygen is blue green. It features all three of the iconic parts of the Veil Nebula, NGC 6960, NGC 6992, and NGC 6979.
