NGC 6979, Pickerings's Triangle, Veil Nebula

This images was taken with a Planewave CDK20 telescope and a FLI Pl 16803 camera on a Paramount MEII mount using Astrodon 3nm narrow band filters. Red is hydrogen alpha Ha and blue green is oxygen Oiii. The images were binned 2:2 and there were 48, 20 minute exposures for a total of 16 hours of imaging. The center of the image is at RA 20, 48', 19", Dec 31, 45', 40".
