Backyard_Star_Trails_09_21_12
This is my first attemp at Star Trails. Captured with a Canon T1i. 63 X 180s ISO 400, f/9, 10-20 mm lens @ 10mm. There is a meteor towards the bottom of the middle palm tree.

Funny enough I have been asking for that for quite some time now:) The backyard view is really not as bad as it lookins in the image, the camera was right back in the far corner close to the house, the view from the other side is much better. If there was something I would like to move to have a view of the southern sky it would be the house. Matbe I should be asking Santa for a wrecking ball LOL. Cheers, Phil
