Hey do not belittle yourself I have a book from 1982 with the same shot and it looks nothing like this, it also states that Jupiter only has 32 moons.

Thanks for saying that Hopp. One of my first with the current set up. Tracking was off and I had to dump several of the exposures, but somehow in the end it came out kinda nice. Since then I have tried to go back and add little edits here and there to spruce it up. This is the current form, lol...always dabbling!

Simple light pollution filter? Come on pretty sweet shot. Would love to see the difference such a filter would make...in my skies before I sink the cash in. I'm skeptical that would make that much of a difference ecspecially with bright objects like this...dimmer objects are another matter.
