Bob! Stop being so mean - if he wants to use obscure naming for his astro photography he can do as he pleases. It is a art after all which indirectly implies an artistic license to create, be it the work itself or the name of the work.

Yes you are right Russ....the reason I labeled it as the pinwheel is because the app "sky safari" on my phone has m33 listed as pinwheel, and m101 as a spiral galaxy....I looked online and it says m33 is the triangulam galaxy but it is informally known as pinwheel...so I guess that solves it

Umm, the Pinwheel is M101 and M33 is the Triangulum Galaxy which this does look to be... M33
