Quite some time since I imaged Jupiter last. Seeing wasn't to good, clear but minus 20 C-grades and very unstable atmosphere. I stacked 450 frames of 3000 but the sharpness is not too good, still I like it with the red spot and the Europa moon. :))

Tried a lot of tricks but didn't get it any sharper.
Thanks William, I know the feeling. Jupiter was actually one of the fist objects I stared to imaging some six-seven years ago. When finally the frames started to be decent it took me ages to master RegiStax and PhotoShop to post process the material. Don't give up, now is the time to catch Jupiter, it's high and big on the sky. With BackyardEOS (provided you use a Canon DSLR), RegiStax and PS and a well aligned scope should get you there.
This image looks GREAT to me, I have tried for many years to capture even 1/10th of your quality on this image, I think it is a great picture..........
