A star forming nebula seen from southern hemisphere skies. This nebula is significantly brighter and larger than the popular star forming Orion Nebula in the Northern Hemisphere.

Camera- SBIG ST-2000C
Exposure- 6x600sec, 10x30sec
Calibrated in ImagesPlus and finalized in Photoshop CS.
