The Super Moon of March 19th, 2011 occurred when the Full Moon and Perigee occurred within an hour of each other. This hadn't happened for 18 years, making it sort of significant.

The moon balanced on Dave's nose is a winner! I am goinmg to go for it. Thanks for showing me a new way to catch a moon photo.
