T didn't you do one around 50mm (camera lens), how did that work? Thinking of milky way shots this summer. Spike, another resource: http://www.lumensa.com/Lumensa/Main.html
I've bought a few different ones there. Marc
yeah i have the month free licence but my computer died the same day so as soon as i get it up and runing again im gonna give a shot seems to b a nice program with all kinds of neat features thanks marc
Spike, thanks. The one thing w/the mask there isn't any guessing on focus, it is either on or it isn't (especially when the atmosphere is turbulent). The only thing is I'm not sure how well it would do w/your planet work. Might be fine, but don't know. I think Backyard Eos has focus metrics (not positive) which might be better(?). Somebody on this site is using it. Marc
ok guys fill me in on the focusing mask man any help would b greatly apreciated i hate focusing and never sure if im there and no nothing about mask thanks spike
Hey Marc, I hear ya, I am a recent convert to the mask. Takes literally second and according to the stats in the software it is dead on. Can't beat if for a piece of paper taped to a cardboard backing!
