I was playing around last night just shooting 10 mins exsposures. This one was off center and the core is over-exsposed .

A HDR Transform will solve that over exposure at the core no problem. Make sure you are shooting in RAW, and then
after stacking etc, run a HDR Transform over it. You'll need a white and dark reference. Use the core as the white reference and an arbirtrary background area for the dark reference. You'll see the trapezium stand right out there in the core.

Thanks Mark , the omni is a photon catcher for sure, but you should be aware , the stock focuser is the pits.
