Shortcut url for friends

Is there a way to get a url for my photos that is shorter than this: http://astrogab.ning.com/photo/photo/listForContributor?screenName=...
I would like to send the link to my friends.

    Yes, copy and paste your url into this and it'll make a short version......

    The screen will change and your new url will be available. Click on "Copy to Clipboard" and send that to your friends.
