The Iris is one of my favorite targets, although I've never been completely satisfied with my images of it. Recently, at the Oregon Star Party, I didn't have much time for imaging, but spent a couple of hours each night capturing LRGB frames. While not perfect, this is easily my best Iris image to date.

QSI683wsg w/Astronomik LRGB filters
AP Mach1 GTO mount
60 x 4 minutes L, 10 x 4 minutes each RGB (4.7 hrd total)
