North American Nebula. Orion ED80T-CF triplet refractor. (480mm FL@f6). CGE-Pro mount, AT72ED/Lodestar guider combo. Taken in yellow/Bortle class 4 skies. 6x10min subs LRGB each. 4 hours total exposure.

You can see the light pollution in the bottom half. Would love to see what this little scope could do at a black site.

Thanks. I'm fairly happy with how it turned out. A bit of 'two-toned' stuff happening near the bottom, not sure if that's from the light pollution or what, but s'ok, still a keeper. I haven't yet ventured to the dark site I go to. This image was shot at a yellow zone at http://www.greatmeadow.org/ My dark spot is a two-hour drive, with 4 miles of insane single-track up 4500' at the end. Soon tho, I really need to get there.

Very nice Jeff. I like the way you processed this, you did not "over do" the saturation and were able to retain star colors.

Nicely done Jeff. Don't often see so much star colors in images of this target. Nice. I thought you had a nice dark site?

That is just awesome sauce. Well worth the sleep deprivation!
