I was wondering about that myself and I first thought it was a bit of blooming in the KAF 8300 chip. But at closer inspection of the subs I realized that the mechanical shutter of the Parsec Mono 8300 got stuck on three of the subs creating these streaks during read out. It doesn't happen often, but is a weakness of Orion's Parsec line of cameras. Fortunately, in most cases you can quite efficiently correct these flaws cosmetically with a healing brush tool without falsifying too much info. You would not see these streeks on Tiff and Fits versions of the same image

Thanks Greg, I was really just experimenting and wondering what to do with an O3 image to which I wanted to add 2 more Narrow band filtered images when I was stopped by fog. So I decided to try to splash it an older RGB image with Regi Star (great program worth every penny) and voila!
