This is called the running chicken Nebula, a $ for whoever can give me a reasonable explanation why that name should be appropriate. Its a nice little red smudge just to the right of the Southern cross full of Bok globules or Thackeray globuli. 80mm Meade ED 5000 refraktor, Orion Parsec 8300 mono, EQ 5, aptured with Maxim DL,combined with registar and Photoshop finetuned. Ha red, O3 blue (60 min each) and synthetic green. Bendlebyranges South Australia 15/03/18
