Yes, PHD is a great tool that I used for a log time and I got amazing results. It takes a bit a practice, but I'm sure you'll figure the right settings for your system.

Nicely done. You're definitely starting to pick up some nebula. The stars look like have a bit of trail, but still a really nice shot of one of my favorite objects.
