Comet Hartley & The Double Cluster in Perseus

8 / 9 October 2010, Timisoara (Dumbravita), Romania, from a friend`s backyard, difficult sky (Double Cluster hardly seen through 10x50 binoculars).

Nikon D50 DSLR, 110 mm f / 4 Newtonian astrograph, Baader MPCC coma corrector, EQ5 mount, 43x1 min., ISO 1600, no guiding, internal darkframe. The final image is a composite (separate star and comet registering in Deepsky Stacker, the end result composited in Photoshop).
