If you were forced to spend 100,000 on a perfect telescope setup what would you get?

Paramount ME
Pier
Sky-Dome
MeximDL
SBIG newest 20K ccamera with filters and stuff
Moonlite motorized focuser
Observatory control software
ummm.. what telescope, ritchey 24 inch
adaptive optics
Not sure about guide setup.
Hm, good question, send the money than I will show you the stuff! :-)
For sure a better mount like Paramount, 10Micron GM 4000, Sideres 85 or AP 1200
Adaptive optics also with a TEC 140 with reducer too. Pier I dont need because I already have one, a roll-off setup for sure with a weather sensor (from Cyanogen) or a Lunatico cloud sensor + a wind sensor.
And a very sensitive guider (this way I can use a maximum the AO unit)
I am not interested in big focal length because from here I can "go" to about 1000 mm (40") FL....
Some nice equipment floating around there! As for mounts, yes the PME is great one, I owned one for a couple of years, but I think one of the best kept secrets around is the Chronos Mount. A GEM that requires no meridan flip is a dream come true
